Transport, without the paperwork chaos
Upkaar Transport manages goods movement across multiple branches, from goods receipts to dispatch, delivery and payments. They needed a better way to keep every part of the operation connected.
The problem
The business ran on complex workflows, scattered records and day-to-day coordination across branches.
Tracking goods from receipt to delivery meant juggling multiple documents.
Financial records and outstanding payments were difficult to follow at a glance.
Branch operations needed a shared system without losing local control.
The process
We built LogiNote, a custom transport management system designed around how Upkaar actually operates. A unified dashboard brings documents, revenue and outstanding payments into view, while dedicated workflows manage goods receipts, dispatch challans, delivery statements and branch operations.
We also built reporting, client ledgers, vehicle management and administrative controls into connected desktop and mobile experiences.
The result
Upkaar now has a purpose-built digital system for managing its transport workflows, records and finances across branches. What was once a collection of operational tasks is now organised through a single interface, designed around the realities of running a transport business.
